Things this site does not do, and will not start doing

It is easier to begin with the negatives, because there are more of them. Nothing you send is sold or traded. No mailing list is built from it, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from later. There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags and no analytics scripts that follow you off this domain onto other websites. Nobody is asked for a date of birth, a social security number, a card number, an income figure or anything at all about the household beyond the pest problem itself. There is no sign-in, which means there is no password of yours here to lose.

The rest of this page follows one callback request

The form is the only point where this site holds anything about a person, so the clearest way to explain the policy is to walk a single request from the button to the day it is deleted. Five steps and it is finished.

Step one: what the boxes actually ask

Three entries are required, being a name, a phone number and an email address. Two are optional, a zip code and a street address, and they exist only so a technician can find the property when a visit is arranged. There is no message box, so the description of what is happening in the kitchen or under the floor is given out loud on the call rather than typed and stored. Nothing is charged on this website and no account is opened.

Step two: the check that runs before it sends

A Cloudflare Turnstile check sits in front of the send. It reads the way a browser behaves, not who is holding it, and it has no advertising purpose whatsoever. There is also a decoy field kept out of view for scripts to fill in; a submission that fills it is thrown away rather than answered. Neither mechanism builds a profile and neither one recognizes you on another website.

Step three: where it lands and who opens it

The request is handed to the service that carries our forms and comes out the other end as one plain email in one inbox. It is not loaded into a customer database, not synchronized with a sales platform, and not passed to any marketing company. The only people who open it are the people who are going to ring you.

Step four: the callback, and who else sees your number

We call the number you gave, talk through the pest and the building, and either book the free inspection or say plainly that it can wait. When a job goes ahead, the details a licensed local pro needs in order to reach you go to the operator taking that work, and nothing beyond those details travels with it. Your phone number is never added to a list of leads for resale, on this site or through anybody else.

Step five: the point at which it is deleted

If you only ever use the phone

Host records and the single value stored in your browser

The host writes ordinary web server records: a requesting address, a rough region, a timestamp and the page that was asked for. Every web server on the internet does this and none of it is attached to a name. One value is stored locally in your browser to remember that you closed the cookie notice, so it stops reappearing on every page. Block it or clear it and the site behaves exactly as it did before.

The map frame belongs to somebody else

Where a map appears on these pages it is a frame served by an outside mapping provider. Loading it means that provider sees the request and applies its own terms to it, which we have no control over. Everything else you see is served from our own host.

Younger visitors

This is a homeowner subject and none of it is written for or aimed at children. Information is not knowingly taken from anyone under 13. If a submission arrives that looks as though a child sent it, it is deleted instead of called back.
